When Martie and I got born-again, I switched from magistrate to missionary and we entered into a new and unpredictable world. Trusting God for our daily needs, we ventured forth wherever He led us in South Africa and neighbouring countries, ministering in many different ways and endeavouring to establish His Kingdom wherever we went. At the age of 65, we established a new mission society amongst the Shangaan tribe in Mozambique which grew to where our team is now ministering Life to more than 700 students weekly. We also established, and are still developing a smaller ministry at Philippolis in the Free State. Through all these years, we seldom experienced a dull moment.
This story of joy and pain, defeat and victory, will, we trust, excite and encourage every Christian travelling the heavenly road.
